I'm a Manifestation Coach, a Yogi, and an Outdoor Guide. It's my purpose in life to reconnect people to the healing power within themselves through transformational experiences in Nature. This summer, I'm guiding 16 women on backpacking trips in the Tahoe Mountains so they can play in nature and connect with themselves.
Each participant should fly into the Reno/Tahoe airport by 3 pm PT on the start date of their trip. You will be transported to our lodge accommodations for night one. There, we will discuss the trip, get to know one another, and share best practices for backpacking, camping, hiking, and general comfort in the backcountry.
After breakfast, we will head to Lake Tahoe for a 2 hour SUP session. Then, we will pack our bags, have lunch, and head for the trail. We will hike for about 3-4 hours and set up camp for the evening. After dinner, we will do a group stretch/meditation.
We will hike for about 5-6 hours until we reach our "basecamp" near a beautiful alpine lake. This is where we will remain for the next two nights. After setting up Basecamp participants are given free time to explore your surroundings, swim, and journal. This evening we will enjoy dinner together along with a restorative yin yoga practice before bed.
This is your free day! You will have a variety of prescheduled activities to chose from but the entire day is up to you. You can spend the day in silence, join the group for a day hike, or join an afternoon workshop in macrame, meditation, moon circles and more! This will be an early night due to a very early start the next morning.
Today is Sunrise Peak Ascent Day! We will wake up before the sunrise to hike to a nearby peak. From the top, we will watch the sunrise over the Tahoe Basin. *breathtaking* Afterward, we will share breakfast, pack up camp, and head out. We will spend the last night in a lodge together debriefing the trip, sharing laughter, memories, and contact info. Dinner will be catered.
After final goodbyes, transportation will be provided back to the Reno/Tahoe Airport. Please plan to leave after 10am PT.
These trips are designed to get you comfortable going out into nature on your own. It's my hope that participants will invest in and bring their own sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and backpack so they can use them again after the trip. However, if you're unable to do that, you can rent them for a daily fee between $5-15.
When you put down your deposit by April 30th, you'll secure a $500 disco
